MASC Medical is partnering with a Primary Care Office, a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL, to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO). This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to join a patient-centered team dedicated to providing exceptional care for an exclusively Medicare population. The physician will work in an outpatient setting focusing on geriatric care while enjoying competitive earning potential and a structured schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population.
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in minimal phone-based call rotation (1 in
3).
Compensation
- $270K-$280K base salary with total earning potential up to $350K
- Base Salary: $270K-$280K (DOE)
- Bonus:
Productivity-based, total compensation potential up to $350K

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM;
Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
Qualifications
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (geriatrics experience preferred).
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
