Seeking a General Anesthesiologist – Bethesda Hospital East & West, Boynton Beach, FL Start-date bonus | Night float + backup call with post-call day off | Near the beach

• Anesthesia care team of 18 physicians and 28 CRNAs/AAs
• Up to $450k plus annually
• Cases:
  General, OB, GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Spine, Vascular
• No heads, no peds; hearts covered by dedicated CV team
• Night float coverage
• Backup beeper call from home with post-call day off
• 24-hour CRNA coverage for OB
• Collegial group working with a strong APP team; excellent staff retention and generally cooperative surgeon relationships Compensation & Benefits

It offers a nationally recognized orthopedic total joint program, cardiovascular care, cancer care, vascular/endovascular and robotic surgery, and women’s and children’s services. Bethesda Hospital West is an 80+ bed, all-private-room facility serving western Boynton Beach with emergency, medical/surgical, ICU, and outpatient services.
