  • Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through play-based learning experiences
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding learning progress and milestones
  • Support a collaborative team culture focused on high-quality early childhood education
  Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Six months of professional teaching or childcare experience required
  • One year of professional experience preferred
  • CDA, ECE coursework, or related degree preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
