Controller

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
Location: Boynton Beach, FL. (On‑Site)

Join a rapidly expanding, multi‑office professional services firm poised for significant growth. As the Controller, you’ll be the most senior member of the day‑to‑day finance function, partnering directly with executive leadership and shaping the infrastructure needed for the next phase of scale.

Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Oversee and manage all daily accounting and finance operations, maintaining timely and accurate financial reporting
• Build, improve, and automate financial systems and workflows, including integrations within Quick Books, Paylocity, Salesforce, and related platforms
• Maintain and enhance SOPs, internal controls, and documentation to support audit readiness and operational efficiency
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts in partnership with senior management
• Support company growth initiatives such as new office launches and headcount expansion
• Mentor and manage a small finance team, fostering collaboration and high performance

Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Extensive, hands‑on experience with Quick Books, including setup, advanced reconciliation, and process automation
• Demonstrated success in building or optimizing accounting operations without an existing playbook
• Experience designing SOPs, strengthening internal controls, or automating manual workflows
