• coordinating and preparing closing documents and verifying their accuracy and completion
• coordinating the closing and funding of assigned loan packages
• calculating final closing costs
• disbursing funds in accordance with mortgage documentation

• a one-year certificate from a college or technical school
• at least 1 year of related experience and/or training
