We are seeking a dedicated RRT to provide expert care to our client’s patients, including neonates, geriatrics, and those with acute or chronic conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in both emergent and non-emergent situations, utilizing your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding healthcare environment.

Position Overview:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for the management and care of patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality respiratory care is provided. You will demonstrate advanced critical thinking and clinical skills in managing various patient conditions. This role requires strong communication and collaboration in emergency and routine situations to ensure optimal patient care.

• $28.98 - $39.96 / hour and $25000 sign on bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to a wide range of patients, from neonates to geriatrics.
• Demonstrate advanced critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Perform and communicate clearly during emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Ensure patient safety and care through effective assessment and intervention.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent;
  Certification in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Licenses & Certifications:
• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)certifications required per department standards.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) may be required based on department needs.
