Phlebotomist

Location: 2623, S Seacrest Blvd Ste 102, Boynton Beach, Florida, United States, 33435

Duration: 5 months

Shift timings: M-F 6:30am-3:30pm including Saturdays 7:00am-11:00am

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in for routine health checks or health decisions.
• The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing, following established procedures.
• The PSR I interacts directly with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust while explaining procedures and drawing blood safely and accurately.
• The PSR I demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately and maintains a safe, professional environment.
• Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties, maintaining records and documentation.
• Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

• Minimum of 6 months experience required.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
