Shift: 2:30 P – 11 P.

Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $5,000.

Estimated pay range: $53.11 – $73.26 per hour.

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. The pharmacist collaborates with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient‑centered care. Responsibilities include interpreting, reviewing, and processing medication orders, screening orders for appropriateness, intervening as warranted, working with physicians, care managers, and other clinical staff as part of a medical care team focusing on patient outcomes while maintaining cost.

The pharmacist also serves as mentor and develops clinical skills of junior staff, precepts pharmacy students and technician students in collaboration with the Pharmacy management team, actively participates in developing and presenting educational topics, staff development programs, and assists in performance improvement projects, drug use evaluations, formulary reviews, and research projects.

• Preferred progressive pharmaceutical care experience or Pharmacy Residency
• Board of Pharmacy Specialty (BPS) – preferred
• PGY1 and PGY2 experience (3 years and 2 additional years respectively)
