Job Overview

Boynton Beach, FL 33435. This is a 5‑month assignment (initially 3 months) with the possibility of a contract‑to‑hire opportunity.

Base pay range: $20.23/hr - $22.06/hr.

Pay rate: $20.23 - $22.06.

Schedule: M‑F 6:30 am–3:30 pm;
Saturdays 7:00 am–11:00 am.

* Pay rate is based on years of experience and educational qualifications.

• Draw blood samples skillfully and молодежи ensure accuracy and compliance with established practices.
• Provide coverage across multiple locations, adapting to various roles as needed.
• Act as a mentor and resource for new employees, offering effective onboarding services.
• Collaborate with staff on‑site and provide regular input to group leads or supervisors.
• Engage with customers, particularly in complex or high‑volume practices, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Education:
  
  High PQ school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Certification:
  Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 6+ months; 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry skills.
