JIRA Administrator

• Create Jira Projects, configurations, and schemes (screen, field, permission, and notification). Create Spaces and Pages in Confluence, managing Macros effectively.

• Responsible for administration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of JIRA and Confluence. Experience with both Server/Data Center and Cloud versions.

• Manage plugins — evaluate, test, and deploy new plugins to meet customer requirements.

• Administer JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, and develop technical solutions using JIRA and related plugins or Atlassian products.

• Construct custom dashboards and advanced filters.

• Experience migrating Jira projects and data between Server/DC and Cloud instances.

• Strong knowledge of JQL and SQL queries.
