Fast growing, successful and well respected personal injury law firm based in West Palm Beach County, Florida is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join their team.

The firm prides itself in providing exceptional advocacy and representation to people throughout South Florida who have been hurt by the careless conduct of another person or entity.

Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases or, alternatively, at least 2 years of experience working as a prosecutor or public defender.

Ideal candidates must be self-motivated looking for growth opportunities and have an impeccable standing with the Florida Bar.

Duties will include managing a large caseload that will predominantly consist of pre-suit auto accident cases, providing legal support and guidance to clients, finding ethical solutions to legal matters, negotiating settlements with insurance carriers, covering PIP recorded statements and PIP examinations under oath, arguing motions and covering depositions, drafting pleadings, written discovery and motions and otherwise handling case management from inception to completion.

This position is full time and on site.

Qualifications
:

• Must be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases, or at least 2 years of experience working as a prosecutor or public defender
• Must have outstanding academic credentials
