Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of one year of successful personal injury experience, and an authentic passion for helping people.

• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
• Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements
• Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information

• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
• Proficiency in computers is vital
• A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
• A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
• Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Self-starter, driven by long-term career goals
• Superior oral and written advocacy skills
• Team oriented

$70,000 - $135,000 per year plus bonuses
