Job Description:
We are on a mission to find a seasoned Litigation Attorney with profound expertise in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law. This is a prestigious firm renowned for its unwavering commitment to representing plaintiffs who have encountered personal injury, ensuring their voices are heard and justice is served.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to contribute to and shape case strategies, mentor junior team members, and potentially influence local personal injury law through diligent and meticulous litigation. This is an on-site position in Lake Worth, FL.
Key Responsibilities:- Litigation Management:
Handle cases from inception through to resolution, be it through settlement or trial. - Client Interaction:
Provide empathetic, concise, and expert advice to clients throughout their case. - Legal Strategy:
Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal teams and the client. - Trial Preparation and Representation:
Prepare and manage all facets of litigation and trial processes, advocating zealously on behalf of the client. - Communication:
Ensure all stakeholders, including clients and internal team members, are kept abreast of case developments.
- Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
- No Defense Attorneys:
This position is strictly for those with experience representing plaintiffs. - Personal Injury Experience:
Proficiency in personal injury law and a background in representing plaintiffs is crucial. - Technical Skills:
Mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with File Vine is advantageous, though not compulsory as training will be provided. - Customer Service: A strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Organizational Skills:
Robust organizational capabilities and the adeptness to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
- 5-10 years of experience on the plaintiff's side, with significant plaintiffs trial experience.
