Job Summary
Lead day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring efficient and safe service delivery to support company financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities- Oversee branch operations, managing staff, resources, and workflows to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Drive continuous improvement, fostering collaboration across departments to increase operational efficiency.
- Manage forecasting and labor planning to maintain budgeted staffing levels.
- Source products and manage inventory to meet demand while controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.
- Track and report KPIs using Bright Path, Power BI, Leadr and other tools.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and jobsite quality.
- Lead and coordinate operational projects to deliver on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational excellence strategies.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a landscape, construction or business‑related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry with 2‑3 years of management experience.
- Qualified pesticide or fertilizer applicator license preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and company systems such as FSM, Bright Path, and MFP/WAR calls.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Walk, bend, twist and carry up to 50lbs.
- Traverse uneven surfaces on job sites for quality checks and inspections.
- Travel within the branch territory to visit client properties.
Field‑based role with regular office work.
