Operations Manager

Job Summary

Lead day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring efficient and safe service delivery to support company financial and operational goals.

• Oversee branch operations, managing staff, resources, and workflows to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, fostering collaboration across departments to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage forecasting and labor planning to maintain budgeted staffing levels.
• Source products and manage inventory to meet demand while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Track and report KPIs using Bright Path, Power BI, Leadr and other tools.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and jobsite quality.
• Lead and coordinate operational projects to deliver on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational excellence strategies.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a landscape, construction or business‑related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry with 2‑3 years of management experience.
• Qualified pesticide or fertilizer applicator license preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and company systems such as FSM, Bright Path, and MFP/WAR calls.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Walk, bend, twist and carry up to 50lbs.
• Traverse uneven surfaces on job sites for quality checks and inspections.
• Travel within the branch territory to visit client properties.

Field‑based role with regular office work.
