Nightingale Private Care is a licensed home care agency seeking experienced Registered Nurses. We are hiring RNs for start of care visits from North Delray through Vero Beach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete start of care admissions visits.
• Provides prompt communication about client's medical status to Nurse Supervisor, resulting in effective management of cases.
• Must be willing to travel within the Treasure Coast area.
• Demonstrate empathy, caring and self-confidence; be detail-oriented, and thorough; anticipate problems in advance and know whether to diffuse or escalate; prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Current RN license
• Current Level 2 on the AHCA Clearinghouse
• Current TB (within last 12 months) or Chest X Ray (within last 5 years)
• Home Care Experience
• Excellent communication skills; team player; interpersonal skills; good collaboration skills; customer service skills; ability to use the electronic health record for documentation and communication regarding client care.
