Vertus Health Care is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality Medicare Home Health services throughout Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities:Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care.
Supervise and support nursing and therapy staff.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and agency requirements.
Oversee OASIS, SOC, ROC, Recertification, Discharge, and clinical documentation.
Monitor quality, patient outcomes, chart audits, and QAPI activities.
Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, Intake, and other departments.
Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to field clinicians.
Current Florida RN license.
Medicare-certified Home Health experience required.
Previous clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare Home Health requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
