Baptist Health seeks a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor for the Observation unit at Bethesda East in Boynton Beach. This full-time role leads nursing staff, coordinates patient flow, and supports staff and family education on the 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shift.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, a BSN (MSN preferred), and RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required. A $20,000 bonus is available with this position and comprehensive benefits are offered.
