Indian Spring Country Club is seeking qualified service staff to join our professional hospitality team. We are looking for mature, responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals. All applicants must be personable, engaging, and professional in appearance. Experience in upscale dining is preferred.

Base pay: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the front & back of the house.
• Great communication skills—communicate with staff, supervisors & guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Drive/Passion—an ambition to learn, sense of urgency, and a true passion for serving customers and exceeding expectations.
• Organizational skills—take detailed orders, operate point‑of‑sale accurately, prioritize duties, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Provide menu and beverage descriptions to guests.
• Deliver food to members and guests in a timely manner.
• Suggest and up‑sell additional options.
• Verify guests’ age before serving alcohol.
• Prepare checks and accept payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of event spaces and service areas.
• Assist in setting up event space (heavy lifting of 0‑50 lbs may be required).
• Provide information about the club when needed.
• Help with other tasks as needed; additional responsibilities may be assigned as part of teamwork.
