Overview
Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs act as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are the first focus. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers, building new and deepening existing relationships through uncovering their needs and educating them on device and service solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond bare‑bones device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Keep the store at its best.
- Explain coverage and lightning‑fast LTE network.
- Show how plans and services let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
- Redefine wireless, from device inspection to account review and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Relationship Building- Own the customer experience with employees across channels, resolving issues to create a seamless environment.
- Identify and handoff small‑business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships; everyone is accountable for company success.
- Enjoy a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.
- Leadership experience.

- Willingness to lead the team, sharing best practices and resolving issues.
- Effective in operational, financial and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.

- At least 18 years of age.
- Wireless sales experience.
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (45 hours) availability.
