Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) position rting hourly rate: $16.00 per hour.

ALL ABOUT STYLE: A Style Consultant is a guest-focused team member who supports operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising to inspire guests and build the basket. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Utilize store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor during the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to all applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks and helping solve their needs.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
