Retail Sales Associate – Boynton Beach Mall (Avg. all in $30)

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store.
• Align products and services with personalized solutions beyond the basic device and plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboard customers.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads, develop strong peer relationships, and contribute to the company’s success.

• A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of customer advocates and to build meaningful connections with customers.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices.
• Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED, minimum age 18.
