Retail Team Leader – Gordon Food Service Store

Job : R-46392 | Boynton Beach, Florida | Full‑time | Pay: $18+/hr (based on experience)

• Monday – Saturday: 7 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Open and close the store.
• Assist in daily store operations and tasks.
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize, and transfer from stockroom to store.
• Maintain merchandise: product rotation, proper food handling, ensuring product quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service – build relationships, problem‑solve, and drive sales.
• Cash handling: bank deposits, supply change for cashiers, set and count registers.
• Help build and train the team; supervise sales associates during their duties.

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility.
• Physical: regularly lift up to 50 lbs, often above shoulder height.
• Schedule:
  
  flexible full‑time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Safe operation of power equipment (slicing equipment, walk‑ie lifts, forklifts where applicable).
• Possible alarm‑call response during non‑working hours and shift coverage at other local stores.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass pre‑employment checks (drug screen, criminal background check).
• Basic computer skills.
