Home Health Executive Sales

  • Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services for Medicare and Private Duty Nursing.
  • Conduct in‑services, presentations, educational sessions, host and attend relevant events by introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff, and other referral sources.
  • Coordinate and complete on‑site discharge planning when needed.
  • Perform an initial territory market analysis and develop required business‑development plans quarterly/annually; responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all marketing/sales activities for the company’s services.
  • Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
  • Maintain current relationships with referral sources and meet regularly with the clinical team.
  • Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicare and state‑specific home health care regulations.
  • Obtain physician's order for specified treatments and participate in the referral process.
  • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts in accordance with the market sales plan; gather and organize account‑related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal or contract pricing.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent, and a minimum of two years of health care or related industry sales experience.
  • Excellent selling, organization, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent the Company’s service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience preferred, such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc., or prior experience as a clinical liaison.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
