Are you an experienced security instructor looking for a rewarding opportunity to teach and train the next generation of security professionals? We are currently seeking K Firearm Instructors. If you're passionate about safety, security, and helping others succeed in the security field, we want you on our team!

• Conduct K Firearm training courses, emphasizing safe firearm handling, tactical techniques, and legal firearm use in security settings.
• Deliver comprehensive G Armed Security licensing training, covering all necessary skills, laws, and responsibilities for armed security officers.
• Deliver comprehensive CCW training for licensing, covering all necessary skills, laws, and responsibilities for armed security officers.
• Provide hands‑on instruction, demonstrations, and evaluations to ensure students meet the requirements for certification.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and course completion.
• Ensure a safe and professional learning environment for all students.
• Stay current with changes in Florida security regulations and industry best practices.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Florida security laws, firearm safety, and defensive tactics.
• Excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Professional and reliable with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on student needs.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
