Are you an experienced security instructor looking for a rewarding opportunity to teach and train the next generation of security professionals?

We are currently seeking Florida Licensed “DI” Unarmed Security Instructors. If you're passionate about safety, security, and helping others succeed in the security field, we want you on our team! Responsibilities

• Teach “D” unarmed security courses, including safety protocols, legal aspects, and situational awareness.
• Provide hands‑on instruction, demonstrations, and evaluations to ensure students meet the requirements for certification.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and course completion.
• Ensure a safe and professional learning environment for all students.
• Stay current with changes in Florida security regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Florida “DI” Unarmed Security License (required)
• Florida “D” Unarmed Security License (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida security laws and defensive tactics.
• Excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Professional and reliable with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on student needs.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
