** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct guests to appropriate locations within the commercial real estate property.

+ Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, common areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

+ Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and access-control concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated property representatives.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, corrections, military and/or degree in criminal justice.

+ Possess an armed guard card or license.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
