Lead HVAC Installer Description Pure Tek Air is in need of a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We primarily serve the Palm Beach County area (and some of north Broward County)
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings & specifications for residential & commercial
* Install heating and cooling systems to company standards, manufacturers' specs & city codes
* Responsive to customer requests, establish rapport, and encourage reviews
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and train team members
* Complete all necessary paperwork that accompanies each project
* Collaborate with the Sales Team & Installation Manager Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
* Highly organized with exceptional follow-through ability
* Ability to think on your feet and react quickly to changing situations
* Willing to contribute as an individual and as a team member
* Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
* EPA 608 Universal Certification is a plus (not required)
