Performance Floors and Coating of Palm Beach is seeking a motivated Concrete Coating Technician to join our growing installation team. This is an entry-level position with full training provided — perfect for someone looking to start a hands-on, skilled trade career in decorative and industrial concrete coatings.

You’ll assist with surface preparation, material mixing, and application of epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems across residential and commercial job sites.

• Assist in concrete surface prep (grinding, patching, cleaning)
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Help mix and apply coating products according to specs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow direction from crew leads and adhere to safety standards
• Deliver professional conduct at all job sites

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (throughout Palm Beach County)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power equipment (training provided)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
• Prior construction, painting, or flooring experience is a plus — not required
