We’re pleased to offer a seasonal position from September to January in Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach and surrounding areas.

• Working with a team to design, set up, and take down lighting systems at client properties
• Loading, unpacking, and carrying ladders/equipment
• Climbing and working from ladders and roofs
• Receiving training on ladder safety and fall‑restraint systems for roofs
• Maintaining safety standards for yourself and your team
• Locating, reporting, and troubleshooting power issues related to lighting systems or décor
• Conducting service calls for issues after installation
• Organizing lights, decorations, tools, and inventory within vehicles
• Maintaining a positive attitude with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Placing door hangers and yard signs to promote brand awareness

• No prior experience required; solid work ethic and team mentality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
• Must be able to work weekends and some evenings
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills
• Comfortable on ladders up to 40 feet and on roofs
• Ability to regularly lift 25‑pound objects or more
• Occasional lifting of up to 50‑pound objects
• Good driving record
• Basic electrical knowledge is helpful

• Valid driver’s license
• Graduated high school or GED equivalent
• Agree to take and pass background check and drug test
• Be punctual and reliable
