Jeweler Apprentice

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour.

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site in Boynton Beach, FL.

We’re hiring a Jeweler Apprentice / Polisher to join our workshop.

This role is for someone who either:

Has basic experience in jewelry polishing or comes from a hands‑on trade and wants to learn bench jewelry work.

You’ll be working with small parts, tools, and fine details every day. This is hands‑on, repetitive work that requires focus and consistency.

• Polish rings and fine jewelry before and after stone setting.
• Perform rhodium plating and finishing.
• Check pieces for quality and consistency.
• Assist with basic workshop tasks and repairs.

• 1–2 years of polishing experience or hands‑on trade background (mechanic, technician, etc.).
• Good hand skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with small, delicate items.
• Reliable and consistent at work.
• Willing to learn and take direction.
