As a Warehouse Selector, you will pull products ordered by Publix stores, place them onto pallets, wrap orders, and prepare them for delivery. You will use state‑of‑the‑art technology to receive instructions and work efficiently. Selectors are rewarded for working safely, efficiently, and accurately.

• Select, lift, carry, and stack products.
• Wrap finished orders and load them onto pallets.
• Operate a pallet truck or forklift safely.
• Use technology to track orders and warehouse locations.
• Ensure orders are ready for truck loading.
• Assist in keeping shelves stocked across >1,200 stores.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Work fluctuating shifts as needed.
• Be able to select, lift, carry, and stack product weighing up to 67 pounds for high‑velocity work.
• Stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time.
• Perform job duties efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Read, write, and identify numbers.
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, as applicable.
