Base pay range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. This role is a great fit for a tax generalist who enjoys working directly with small businesses, as well as individuals and nonprofit clients.

• Prepare and review business, individual, and nonprofit tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to small business clients.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement support as needed.
• Research tax issues and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and guidance.

• 4+ years of tax experience, ideally in public accounting.
• Need to have a CPA or EA.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws for small businesses and individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
