We’re building a fast-growing, mission-driven skincare company — and we’re looking for our first critical hire

This role is for someone who loves execution

You’ll work directly with the founder and help execute across many areas of the business. You’ll be given direction, context, and support — and you’ll be expected to pick things up quickly, take ownership, and run with them
.

No two days will look the same — and that’s the point.

The core outcome you will own in this role is to help the founder execute on recurring critical tasks and actions as we quickly grow this company.

• Manufacture skincare products in-house (hands‑on production) following our process and in‑house formulations.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Assist with customer service and order support
• Help plan, schedule, and post social media content
• Execute operational tasks and special projects. New product development and ingredient ordering.
• Coordinate with vendors, tools, and systems
• Document processes as we build them
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Gradually take full ownership of recurring tasks and workflows

• You are highly capable and fast‑learning

• You’re comfortable with both physical and mental work
• You adapt quickly and don’t need rigid structure
