KTVM is looking for a dynamic Multimedia Journalist to join our team! As an MMJ, you’ll be at the heart of our newsroom—researching, reporting, shooting, and editing compelling stories that connect with our community. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, eager to develop strong sources, and excited to bring creative, enterprise ideas to the table. You’ll produce daily content across multiple platforms—broadcast, digital, social, and mobile—ensuring our audience stays informed wherever they are.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Report, shoot, and edit daily news stories
- Enterprise original story ideas and develop solid community contacts
- Deliver strong, engaging content across TV, web, and social platforms
- Collaborate with the newsroom while also thriving independently
- Take on additional assignments as needed
- Sharp, ethical news judgment
- Ability to craft visual, NPPA-style stories
- Strong technical and editing skills
- Self-starter who works well independentlyi
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with avid editing software
- Live shot experience
- LiveU operation
