Our goal is to provide a sanctuary where guests can relax, unwind, and recharge.

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Front Desk and Spa Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. The Front Desk and Spa Attendant will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring that their experience at Umvelt is exceptional.

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Provide information about our services, products, and promotions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and in the spa area.
• Assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have.
• Ensure the spa area is stocked with towels, robes, and other amenities.
• Assist in maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local area, including the mountains and outdoor activities, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
