Valley of the Flowers School (located in Bozeman, Montana) is looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of lead teacher or co-lead teacher
. We are a private, 501(c)3 non-profit Waldorf-inspired multi-aged kindergarten serving 3-6 year olds with a 50 year history in our community.
We offer a developmentally appropriate nature and play-based education with loving teachers, lots of outside time, and a warm indoor classroom full of natural toys. We also serve a homemade, organic lunch each day. Outdoors, we have a beautiful garden and natural play area for the children to explore and thrive in. Our students dress warmly, and enjoy lots of fresh air every day all year long.
Waldorf teacher training/experience preferred (can be in progress parallel to position). We are looking for someone with preschool, kindergarten, and class experience. Teacher will also be responsible for helping keep the schoolhouse tidy.
