• Teaching on‑campus or online courses in areas such as Food and Nutrition, Sustainable Food Systems, Hospitality Management, Kinesiology, Health Enhancement, and Coaching.
• Advising, evaluating, and assisting students.
• Curriculum and/or course development.

• Master’s degree or terminal degree in an appropriate field with an academic background commensurate with teaching one or more of the specialty areas listed above.

• Academic/professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience teaching interdisciplinary courses.
• Demonstrated knowledge of college student development.
• Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff enrichment.

The position may be a Union position (AFMSU) if 0.5 FTE or more.
