Montana State University is hiring a Leadership and Learning Experience Designer to work with the Director of the Leadership Institute. The role turns leadership research, student learning needs, and institutional priorities into programs, curricula, workshops, and retreats. It is a classified hourly position in the Division of Student Success.
Highlights- Co-design and assess leadership programs, workshops, and retreats
- Translate leadership research and practice into accessible curricula and resources
- Write learning objectives, session plans, and facilitation guides
- Facilitate sessions that encourage reflection, dialogue, and applied practice
- Coordinate program logistics, timelines, communications, and materials
- Co-develop assessment methods and recommend improvements from the findings
- Requires a bachelor's degree in education, leadership studies, student affairs, instructional design, or a related field
- Pay is $25.00 per hour, non-exempt, benefits eligible
