Your Role:As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, detailing, and drafting of structures.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with project managers and team to design and detail various types of structural projects.
- Perform structural special inspections for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients on multiple projects ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare and organize detailed technical calculation reports

We are seeking motivated engineers who are passionate about structural design and problem‑solving. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team
. The ideal candidate will have:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural focus from an accredited university
- 1‑5+ years of experience in structural analysis and design of buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM
. Experience with structural analysis programs such as Enercalc, Risa, Visual Analysis, and Mathcad. - Experience with wood, masonry, steel, concrete, and cold‑formed metal design
- Experience with condition assessments and in‑situ structural evaluations. Ability to recognize load paths of existing structures and formulate retrofits/renovations.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and deliver high‑quality work on schedule in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
