• Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and minimizing risks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging clients and addressing their financial needs.
• Promote and educate customers on digital and mobile banking solutions.

• Identify potential fraud or account risks and take proper preventive actions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.

• Minimum 6 months of customer‑facing experience (through work, training, military, or education).

• Cash handling and retail banking experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools and enthusiasm for promoting technology‑based solutions.
