Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Montana
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver therapy services to individuals seeking consistent, goal-oriented support. This role emphasizes steady caseloads, reliable scheduling, and clear clinical expectations.
Core Responsibilities- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Document progress notes in accordance with state standards
- Identify risks and follow appropriate clinical protocols
- Participate in team check-ins and care coordination
- Active Montana LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience working with adult mental health populations
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows - Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
- 2 weeks PTO
