Your Weekend Can Be Worth More Than Extra Income

Maybe you work in healthcare Monday through Friday. Maybe nursing school owns your weekdays. Maybe you’ve stepped back from full-time caregiving but aren’t ready to leave work you’re good at.

Or maybe you simply miss it—the conversations, the relationships, and knowing that your presence made someone’s day safer, easier, or better.

At Experience, your weekend hours are an opportunity to provide focused, one-on-one care while keeping your weekday commitments intact.

"[Experience] is an AMAZING company to work for! They are very flexible and understanding when it comes to scheduling. The staff genuinely cares about each of the clients and their families as well as the rest of the team. I am very fortunate to work for this company! :)"

Bring More Than an Extra Set of Hands

Great in-home care isn’t about doing everything for someone.

It’s knowing when to help, when to encourage, when to notice something has changed, and when to simply be present.

Depending on the client’s care plan, you may:

  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Support mobility and safe transfers
  • Prepare meals and provide nutrition support
  • Create genuine companionship and client engagement
  • Encourage clients to maintain their abilities and independence
  • Observe and communicate changes or concerns
  • Complete accurate care documentation
  • Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

Experience believes professional care should protect dignity and independence while helping clients continue doing what they can and want to do.

Experience Matters. How You Show Up Matters More.

We’re interested in caregivers who already understand the responsibility that comes with being invited into someone’s home.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Take pride in being someone clients can count on
  • Arrive prepared and ready to provide care
  • Communicate promptly instead of leaving people guessing
  • Follow care plans, policies, and professional standards
  • Welcome feedback and continue learning
  • Notice the client—not just the task list
  • Encourage independence rather than automatically taking over
  • Follow through on commitments to clients and teammates

Those qualities reflect the standards Experience looks for in its Care Providers.

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance
  • Smartphone for scheduling and communication
  • Reliable communication and follow-through
  • Ability to provide professional care independently in clients’ homes
