We’re hiring for 8 AM–12 PM and 1 PM–5 PM shifts
, with pay ranging from $23.00–$26.00 per hour
. We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

We're currently hiring for two shift blocks:

• Morning: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Assignments are based on client needs and availability.

We're especially interested in candidates seeking an ongoing role and a lasting professional relationship with our team.

You'll provide personalized in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living.

Depending on each client's needs, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and supporting daily nutrition
• Offering companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement
• Observing and reporting changes in client needs
• Following individualized care plans and safety procedures
• Completing accurate, timely care documentation

Just as importantly, you'll help clients maintain their dignity, independence, and familiar routines at home.

• You have hands-on caregiving, CNA, healthcare professional, or a comparable care experience.
• You take pride in being dependable and arriving prepared.
• You communicate clearly and follow through on commitments.
• You understand the importance of dignity, privacy, and professional boundaries.
• You're comfortable following care plans while recognizing each client's individual needs.
• You're open to feedback and continuing to develop your skills.
• You're interested in building a long-term caregiving career with a team you can contribute to.

We value caregivers who know their work matters and approach it with care, consistency, and professionalism.

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and company policies

CNA certification is valued but not required.

Base Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour
