Experience Professional Care Solutions (EPCS) is hiring In Home Caregivers for weekday and/or weekend shifts
, with base pay of $23–$26/hour
.

We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

• 8 AM–12 PM: A shorter morning shift with the rest of your day available.

• 9 AM–3 PM: A solid 6-hour daytime shift without evening hours.

• 1 PM–5 PM: A 4-hour afternoon shift for those with morning commitments.

Shift assignments depend on client needs and caregiver availability.

We're a locally owned, nurse-led agency that values dependable caregivers, clear communication, and quality care.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, including experience as a CNA, healthcare worker, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Assistant, In Home Caregiver, or Nursing Student.

• Dependable, professional, and responsive

• Comfortable providing personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and company policies

CNA certification is valued but not required.

• $23–$26/hour base pay

• Additional $3/hour for weekend and some short-notice coverage

• Same-day pay, holiday pay, and overtime pay

• Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement

Caregivers begin as Care Providers, with opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead
