CT Tech – Acute Care Night Shift

Bozeman, MT | Acute Care

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

• Perform CT exams and procedures for NICU, CCU, ED, and other hospital departments as requested by medical staff
• Assist radiologists and other medical staff during exams and procedures
• Complete documentation of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
• Modify technical settings and adjust scanning parameters to enhance image quality and minimize unnecessary patient exposure
• Perform routine quality inspections and quality control maintenance on CT scanner per manufacturer and organizational guidelines
• Work independently in a highly complex, acute care inpatient setting and support the training of peers

• Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalent
• ARRT registration required: R.T.(R) with advanced registry in CT — R.T.(CT)
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Minimum of two (2) years of radiology experience as a registered technologist
• Must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be eligible

• One (1) or more years of CT experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center
• Ability to de-escalate challenging patient or family interactions with professionalism and sensitivity
• Experience working varied shifts and participating in on-call rotation
