** Do you love driving, getting out into the community, planning fun activities, and spending time with older adults? We are looking for a
** friendly, dependable Activities & Transportation Assistant
** to join our team at
** Bozeman Lodge**.This is more than a driving job! You’ll help our residents enjoy their day — whether that means taking them to an appointment, heading out for lunch or shopping, joining an outing, playing a game, helping with an activity, or simply spending time visiting with them.###
** What You'll Do
*** Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings and community activities.
* Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs and personal belongings as needed.
* Help plan, prepare and lead fun activities, games, outings and special events.
* Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections.
* Help create a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere.
* Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation.
* Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation isn't needed.
* Work as part of a caring team dedicated to making each resident's day a little brighter.###
** We're Looking For Someone Who
*** Enjoys spending time with older adults.
* Is friendly, patient, dependable and upbeat.
* Must be 21 years or age, havea safe driving record and a valid driver's license.
* Is comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.
* Enjoys getting out into the community and being active.
* Can work independently while also being a team player.
* Doesn't mind that every day can be a little different!
** You don't need years of senior living experience.
