This Director of IT Operations will oversee Zoot’s production operations to guarantee reliability, quality, and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction. The leader will develop and guide high‑performing teams, analyze operational inefficiencies, implement solutions, and align all production efforts with broader business objectives.

• Strategic Leadership and Team Development:
  Work with Production Operations teams on organization planning, identifying and developing team goals aligned with Zoot’s strategic objectives, managing and mentoring managers, fostering accountability, safety, collaboration, and performance excellence, and supporting workforce planning, training, and development.
• Operational Management:
  Oversee daily production operations across multiple teams, monitor KPIs and operational metrics to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Process Improvement:
  Analyze data and performance metrics to identify improvements, streamline and eliminate inefficient workflows, research and implement new systems and processes that lead to operational efficiency and scalability.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Ensure continuous operation and integrity of all processing systems, maintaining high availability, consistent reliability, and an error‑free environment, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Technology & Innovation:
  Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Software and Architecture teams to ensure defect‑free, stable, and optimized systems.
• Service‑Focused Culture:
  Foster a high‑quality team environment that supports internal and external users by being proactive, empathetic, and accountable to deliver exceptional value.
• Budget & Cost Optimization:
  Work with leadership to develop and manage budget, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to reduce cost.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related field.
• 8–10+ years of IT, Operations, or Service Management experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership role experience.

All positions at Zoot require the ability to move around inside an office environment, including operating computers and other office productivity machinery. This position requires long periods of sitting at a computer workstation.

This position will take place primarily in an office setting at Zoot headquarters, with standard business hours. Employees are expected to regularly report to work on‑site during core hours (9 am–4 pm Mountain Time Monday‑Friday). The role may require occasional travel and some nighttime or weekend work.
