Looking for hands-on work with the opportunity to turn it into a permanent position? A large local apartment community is hiring a dependable Groundskeeper / Maintenance team member to help keep the property looking great and handle basic maintenance tasks.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start. Full-time is preferred, but part-time applicants will be considered as long as they’re available on Mondays.
Schedule:
9 AM–6 PM with a one-hour lunch.
Duties include grounds cleanup, painting, patching, and minor maintenance. On-the-job training will be provided by the full-time maintenance technician.
If hired permanently, you’ll have access to great benefits, including a rent discount! $23–$28/hr
