Warehouse Associate - Receiving and Materials Inspection

Join YETI as a Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting the Domestic Operations Team by managing shipping, receiving, and materials inspection to ensure product quality and inventory accuracy.

• Process outgoing shipments for USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.
• Receive all incoming materials and inspect for damage.
• Compare received packing lists against shipment, account for all boxes, and log receipts in ERP.
• Back up non‑material deliveries and serve as a receiving backup.

• Perform visual inspection and testing of incoming goods against Mystery Ranch quality standards.
• Identify material flaws, shade differences, and generate inspection records.
• Submit non‑compliant materials to the Material Review Board.

• Assist with materials distribution and printing of thermal labels.
• Process Net Suite requests and schedule inputs for contract manufacturers.
• Maintain label printers, clean and maintain machinery, fixtures, tools, and work spaces.
• Handle AQLs, receive transfer orders, and communicate status across teams.
• Book freight as directed by Logistics Planner.
• Support raw material pulls for samples and supermarket replenishment.

• Indoor workspace with dust, temperature extremes, noise, and bright lights.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and manual dexterity.
• Frequent standing or sitting with occasional movement around the warehouse.
• Lifting up to 50 lb, team lift required for heavier items.
• Full‑time position based at Bozeman, MT headquarters.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• High attention to detail and ability to learn products and materials.
• Flexible with shifting priorities and proficient with applicable tools.
• Clear, concise writing skills.
• Training for forklift and pallet jack use, with safety compliance.
