Fabricator​/Welder

We are a Bozeman-based firm focused on luxury design and fabrication, currently looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to integrate into our production and creative staff. Our team is dedicated to producing bespoke architectural features, such as metal installations, cabinetry, elevators, and fireplaces, for a diverse range of commercial and residential customers.

In this position, you will be tasked with creating superior welded components while ensuring all production, quality, and safety benchmarks are achieved. We are looking for a candidate who values high-level craftsmanship, possesses practical experience across various welding methods, and thrives when collaborating within a team.

• Execute welding tasks utilizing Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux-Core techniques
• Construct metal assemblies and parts by interpreting shop drawings and blueprints
• Help ensure project success by cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembling components to exact requirements
• Utilize various materials including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and other alloys
• Verify the integrity, precision, and quality of all completed welds
• Contribute to a safe workplace by maintaining equipment and adhering to production schedules

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in fabrication and welding
• Demonstrated skill in various welding techniques across a range of metal materials
• Preference given to those with industrial, custom fabrication, or structural experience and relevant certifications
• Capacity to accurately analyze and utilize shop drawings and blueprints
• Demonstrate a commitment to craftsmanship and detail to help maintain our high standards of quality
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
